A estiagem nas comunidades rurais \u00e9 arma silenciosa que cala milhares de vidas das popula\u00e7\u00f5es, expondo-as mais vulner\u00e1veis em profunda pobreza, levando as crian\u00e7as a abandonar as escolas, aumentando os casos de desnutri\u00e7\u00e3o, a gravidezes precoces e o aumento do n\u00famero de crian\u00e7as de rua. Numa situa\u00e7\u00e3o destas, vale apenas oferecer rede de pesca \u00e1s popula\u00e7\u00f5es necessitadas do que um prato de peixe como refei\u00e7\u00e3o
